Kungu Hope Foundation is a safe haven for the girl child, the afflicted, denied, widowed, stigmatized, and socially isolated by natural, cultural, or societal challenges. We strive to restore dignity, hope, and opportunity to those marginalized in our society.
Kungu Hope Foundation is a community-based NGO dedicated to catalyzing global wealth and economic empowerment in the districts of Mukono, Buikwe, Rakai, Namutumba, Budaka, and Soroti in Uganda. We restore hope to young orphans, disadvantaged youth, widows, and the elderly by breaking cycles of poverty through education, social enterprises, and outreach. Our goal is to empower communities to become self-sufficient by addressing education, health, and economic needs while nurturing local leadership for sustainable growth.
